If you do not agree, then please do not use our Site to access our products and/or services. Further, as a visitor to our Site, you are also bound by the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy – regardless of whether or not your company purchases products or services from us. Information Received and/or Processed Pursuant to a Subscription to our Software as a Service Offerings
We facilitate our customers’ processing of protected health information and/or personally identifiable information through our customers’ subscription for and use of our software as a service offerings (or “SaaS”). For information regarding our collection, retainage, storage and destruction of personally identifiable information (“PII”) and protected health information (“PHI”), please see the terms of your or your company’s subscription and related agreements with Z-Core. Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, no personal information is collected through this website.
Use of the Site by Residents Outside of the United States
Our services and products are intended only for use by companies located in the United States.
We make no representations that content and materials (licensed or otherwise) on the Site are legal or appropriate for use from outside the United States nor do we represent that this Privacy Policy is consistent with requirements outside the United States. IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCESS THE SITE FROM LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Information Collected
This Site is primarily for informational purposes only. You are not asked to create an account or establish a password when you visit this Site, but please see the terms of your and/or your company’s subscription agreement for information regarding password protocols for use of our SaaS, as well as how we handle PII and PHI that we process on your or your company’s behalf through our SaaS.
The only time we ask you to provide information through this Website is when you request more information about our SaaS or if you would like to have a demonstration of our SaaS. In these cases, we ask you to provide your name and your email address, and what type of business for which you are making the inquiry.
PLEASE NOTE: When you make such a request to us, please provide ONLY your business email. WE DO NOT WANT YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL INFORMATION. This Site and our products and services are not intended for individuals’ personal use.
We may store information you subsequently provide to us pursuant to your or your company’s subscription agreement, and matters relating to scheduling a demonstration. Once we respond to your inquiry, we do not otherwise store the contact information you first submitted to us through this Site.
We do retain contact information in the course of negotiating, fulfilling and enforcing our subscription and related agreements. Please see the terms of your or your company’s agreements with us in regard to a subscription for our SaaS as to how we receive, process, retain, and destroy PII and PHI on your or your company’s behalf pursuant to your or your company’s purchase of our SaaS.
Non-personally identifiable information. We collect non-personally identifiable information from you through our Site, which we track and store, such as the use of the Site, namely when and how many times you and other persons from your company use, access or download information from and/or through our Site. We also retain and may further analyze the types of businesses that site visitors are in (e.g. at a hospital or a skilled nursing facility).
We may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information from you and your browser, including domain names, IP addresses, browser information, operating system information, or the particular pages and links that users access, utilize or visit on the Site.
Changes to Your Information: If you made an initial inquiry to us regarding our SaaS, or have requested a demonstration, and need to update your contact information, please contact us at support@zcoreanalytics.com or by mail at 4006 Route 9 South, Morganville, NJ 07751.
How the Information is Used. Z-Core may use the information you provide to us through the Site to respond to your inquiries regarding our SaaS or to schedule a demonstration.
We may also use your information to send to you administrative notices, such as information about maintenance on the Site, or a change to this Privacy Policy.
HIPAA. Through your or your company’s use of our SaaS, we may receive from you PII and PHI. We receive and handle this information in accordance with the terms of your or your company’s subscription and related agreements with us, and in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and applicable state(s) laws. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose PII and/or PHI you or your company may process through our SaaS. If you are such an individual, please contact your health care provider for more information regarding any such information the provider may process through our SaaS. If our customer (you or your company) is an entity subject to compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (or “HIPAA”) and if we are a “business associate” as defined under HIPAA with respect to you or your company’s PHI, then we process such PHI received from you or your company in accordance with our Business Associate Agreement with you or your company.
Cookies. We may use ‘cookies’ to enhance your online experience with the Site. A ‘cookie’ is a small file that your Web browser will place on your hard drive or device. It allows us to remember you and keep track of your preferences and passwords (if you enter the same as a registrant to our Site). Use of cookies allows us to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your password so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit our Site. You can set your browser to reject cookies; however, this may affect your use of our Site.
Use of Analytics Technology
We may use Google Analytics to enhance navigation and functionality of the Site, and to let us know how users are using the Site, so that we can make Site improvements, where necessary. Google Analytics uses “cookies” (as described above) and “web beacons” which are typically images used to pass information from your computer to a website or server. The information about your usage of the Site collected through cookies and web beacons is transmitted to and stored on Google’s servers.
You may prevent Google Analytics from collecting information by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on instructs the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) running on websites to prohibit sending information to Google Analytics. You may also opt out of the use of cookies (and web beacons when used in connection with cookies) by configuring your own browser settings directly to handle cookies. If you elect to opt out of cookies and web beacons, it may affect your ability to use the Site.
We do not use the Site or the information collected from the Site to send unsolicited advertisements. Further, after you have requested information about our SaaS, or requested a demonstration, if you would like to terminate your discussions with us, please let us know by “opting out” of further correspondence.

California Residents – Your Privacy Rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information about the types of personally identifiable information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. In particular, the law provides that companies must inform consumers about the categories of personally-identifiable information that have been shared with third parties, the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. NOTE: Z-Core Products does not disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
California Do Not Track Disclosures
At present, we do not track Site users to provide targeted advertising, and therefore, we do not respond to Do Not Track (or DNT) signals. If we change our policies, that information will be posted to this Site and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Aggregated Information
Z-Core may share or disclose non-personally identifiable information, whether aggregated or otherwise, with third parties.
External Distribution of Personally Identifiable Information and of Confidential Information
Subject to the following paragraphs, Z-Core does not “externally distribute” personally-identifiable information that is provided by our Site users, except if a user specifically authorizes or opts-in that certain of his/her personally identifiable information may be distributed to a third party.
Distribution/Onward Transfer to Third Parties of Personally‑Identifiable Information
Transferring personally-identifiable information in connection with the following limited distributions is considered an onward transfer to third parties and is permitted under this Privacy Policy:

Payments
Payments for subscriptions and other services and products are not processed through this Site. Please see your or your company’s agreement with us for how payments are managed.

Security
Z-Core uses reasonable safeguards to protect the security, integrity and privacy of personally-identifiable information provided to Z-Core by you. We also use reasonable measures to protect your information by requiring that all our personnel and employees who have access to or are associated with the processing of your data respect your confidentiality. However, you must carefully consider what information you share with us, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to block all attempted attacks upon the Site.

ALTHOUGH Z-CORE USES REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM AND STORED ON OUR SERVERS, Z-CORE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION STORED ON OUR SERVERS WILL BE FREE FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, Z-CORE DISCLAIMS AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DAMAGE TO, OR INTERCEPTION OF ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION STORED ON OUR SERVERS, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR FROM OUR PORTAL WHEN YOU ACCESS OUR SITE, OUR PROPRIETARY PRODUCTS AND DATABASE OR DOWNLOAD IMAGES THEREFROM.
